After registration the Individual Athletes will be bused to an unknown location. This event is mainly a surprise event to test the athletes in the truly Unknown & Unknowable

The Individual Athletes will have one part of their test take place during a time where there can't be any spectators in the stadium due to safety reasons: Their For Time: "400m Run"-event.

 




RULES & FLOW:
  • Bar Muscle Ups to be performed facing the Mountain.
  • 1-Arm OHS to be performed as 6/6 for 5 sets.
  • Athletes to step forward after every 12 total reps
  • During Water Leg athletes stays on the outside of each
  • buoy, except the last one where they go around it on the inside before turning to shore again.
  • After exciting the water athletes will sprint towards the finish line in a Zig Zag pattern around marked out flags.
  • Any unfinished Rep, Buoy, or Flag = 1s added to Time Cap.

 

 




RULES & FLOW:

  • Athletes will start behind start line and first pick up their load to carry 25m to a platform.
  • They will then move into the rig where they’ll perform 9 HSPU.
  • They will then perform 9 Cleans before moving their load through the rig before returning for 6 HSPU.
  • After 6 Cleans the athlete moves the load forward again to the next block.
  • After the 3 Cleans the athletes will perform a 25m Sled Pull/Drag.
  • Time stops when Sled passes the finish line.
  • Each 5m Segment of Sled Pull counts as 1 rep.
  • Any unfinished reps will be added as 1 second to the time cap.

 

 


 

 




RULES & FLOW:

  • This will be performed in heats of up to 6 athletes.
  • Athletes will finish the required number of Squat Cleans on each platform before moving forward to the next.
  • After finishng the last one the Athlete will stand tall on top of a "podium" before the time stops.
  • After Wave 1 the top 12 fastest times will be invited to Wave 2.
  • After Wave 2 the top 6 fastest times will be invited to Wave 3.
  • Athletes will be ranked according to fastest times in each Wave.
  • Any unfinished reps will be added to the time cap as 1s on top of the CAP.

 

 

RULES & FLOW:

  • Athletes will start with 2 laps around the 400m Track.
  • Once in the Arena they can choose first available lane as theirs for the rest of the WOD.
  • Athletes will have to perform all Gymnastic movements in sets of 25 UNBROKEN  reps.
  • A break within a set of 25 reps = 200m Run.
  • The Athletes will also run 200m in BETWEEN MOVEMENTS.
  • In the lane there will be one box that the Athletes will move forward one “block” for each set of 25 Push Ups and Squats.
  • After the last Squat athletes will once again run 2 laps around the Track and finish by the Track’s finish line. 
  • Any unfinished reps will be added to the time cap as 1s on top of the CAP. (Runs count as 100m = 1s added).
